CanMan is now seeking the next key person to join our team in Gothenburg.

CanMan is an entrepreneur-driven and rapidly growing company in the beverage industry, specializing in canning beverages. With operations in several locations across Sweden and a new shareholder in the form of Kiviks Musteri, the company is in an exciting phase of expansion. In Gothenburg, we have recently invested in an expanded production facility – and now we are looking for you to join us on this journey forward.

About the Role

This is not a traditional administrative position.

In this role, you will become the hub between sales, production, and finance – an operational and business-oriented key position where you truly make a difference. You are the one who ensures our workflows function smoothly, that details are handled, and that the day-to-day runs efficiently from order to delivery.

At CanMan, you will have both the mandate and the trust to shape your own work, while being an integral part of a humble team where everyone helps each other.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with and further developing our routines in the business system

• Supporting the sales team with order management, customer contact, and documentation

• Handling administrative tasks related to finance and follow-up

• Creating structure, order, and improvements in our internal processes

• Being an active part of the team and contributing to positive collaboration

This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, grow with the tasks, and develop alongside the company.
