Alma Assistans is Hiring Hourly/Summer Casual Staff in Jönköping

Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that, in collaboration with the client, creates personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and believe that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden, with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

At Alma Assistans, we are currently looking for a driven hourly or summer casual assistant for a woman living in central Jönköping.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is motivated but also able to read the client's needs and wishes. Our client spends a lot of time at home but desires an assistant who is social and approachable for conversation. The client is also very routine-oriented and prefers that assistants follow these routines. This includes, among other things:

Shopping twice a week (walking together).
Bathing once a week at HAB (where the assistant bathes with the client).
Paratransit services are available.

Job Responsibilities

Part of your duties will include general care, transferring between various aids, cooking, cleaning, and more.

Requirements

The workplace requires a good understanding of and proficiency in the Swedish language. Since our client has certain language difficulties, it is crucial that the assistant understands the client and can convey information to others when necessary.
