Karlstads Godstrafik AB is part of the Convexa Invest AB group. We distribute parcels and freight for DHL in most of Värmland and northern Dalsland, with a strong focus on high service quality and the customer. We deliver and collect from both businesses and private individuals.

Our team consists of over 50 drivers, 2 operations managers, 2 traffic controllers, and a fleet manager. The operations managers are present at the terminal every morning to support drivers during loading, while traffic controllers are just a phone call away during the day to provide guidance or advice.

We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, positive, and has a strong sense of teamwork. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is an advantage for handling the job. Working hours are on weekdays during the day. No evenings or weekends. Salary according to collective agreement. The 2026 agreement offers a salary range of 182.80 – 190.79 SEK/hour, depending on years of experience in the profession.

The employment is planned to start immediately and will continue through the summer, with great opportunities for extension and a change in employment type after this period.

Experience in the distribution industry is considered an asset.
