At Randstad, we are currently seeking engaged and skilled forklift drivers for exciting assignments with our clients in Gothenburg. For these roles, we place great emphasis on your previous experience; we are looking for someone who is confident, fast, and possesses high technical proficiency in forklift operation.

About the Role

As a traveling consultant with Randstad, you will become our expert on-site at our clients' locations. Since you are expected to deliver results from day one, a solid background in warehousing and logistics is required. You should be accustomed to handling various types of goods and thrive in environments with a high tempo and narrow safety margins.

Working hours vary according to client needs, meaning you should be open to day, evening, and night shifts, although daytime shifts are most common.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive and documented experience in forklift driving (primarily reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts).
• High precision and a safety-focused mindset in your work – you know how to maneuver efficiently even in tight spaces.
• The ability to quickly adapt to new warehouse systems and routines.
• A professional attitude and high work ethic.

Your main responsibilities:

• Advanced forklift operation: Safe and efficient handling of goods at a high pace.
• Precision in loading and unloading: Ensuring goods are handled correctly and without damage.
• Logistics flows: Managing inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Quality assurance: Picking and packing where your experience minimizes error margins.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have a Class B driver's license and access to a car.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we require you to have:

• Valid forklift license A+B.
• Documented experience in forklift driving (primarily reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts).
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in warehouse work.
• Good physical fitness as some lifting is involved.
