We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Finance for a project within an international organization. The role requires a high level of competence and several years of experience in the field, working closely with a finance team focused on analyzing and further developing integrations between business systems. You are expected to contribute with both analytical sharpness and a solution-oriented mindset in a complex environment where improvement work and innovation are central.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and further developing integrations between IFS Applications and Agresso. You will work closely with the business to understand needs and requirements, while identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions. The role involves actively challenging existing ways of working and contributing innovative ideas to optimize financial processes. You will handle complex issues and play a central role in the development of business-oriented system support.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in the relevant field
• Knowledge of IFS Applications within Finance
• Education in Systems Engineering or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in business development related to business systems
• Experience working in complex organizations
• Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience as a project or sub-project manager

• Location: Linköping, Jönköping, or Gothenburg
• Engagement Type: Consulting assignment
• Working Hours: Full-time
