About the Role

As a CNC Operator, you will be a key person in the production of seals. The role entails significant personal responsibility where you independently handle and program advanced machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step from goods receipt to finished product.

You are offered a stable and dynamic workplace where you will receive a thorough introduction and continuous development. The position is full-time with working hours scheduled with some flexibility between 07:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. The position is a 6-month consultant assignment via Academic Work, with excellent opportunities for permanent recruitment once the consultant period ends. You will be provided with clothing and equipment directly from the client upon the start of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• As a CNC Operator, you will manage, handle, and program advanced machines for the manufacturing of seals.
• You will be responsible for goods receipt, post-processing, and packaging of products, as well as ensuring an efficient production process.
• The work is largely performed in close collaboration with the warehouse department.

We are looking for you who

• Have a technical college education with a CNC profile.
• Possess good skills in blueprint reading and machine programming.
• Have good computer skills.
• Can work independently and take personal responsibility.
• Have fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have work experience as a CNC Operator.
