About the position

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a man living just outside Visby. One position is full-time. The second position is an hourly contract as needed and to cover for regular staff absence, with the possibility of more work during the summer period. You should be comfortable with physical work as the client helps with various tasks on the family farm, and the assistant often needs to help with chores that the client cannot manage alone. Your duties may also include helping the client with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, household chores, and accompanying the client to their workplace.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Mainly daytime 08:00–17:00, Mon–Sun.
• Evening work may also occur, Mon–Sun.

You are welcome to have an interest in sports, as our client has a strong interest in sports and travels to various activities related to this.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a decisive role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and willing to cooperate. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements

• Hold a B driver's license and have access to your own car.
• Have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working in healthcare and social services or personal assistance.
• Share the client's interest in sports.

Scope: 1 full-time position, 1 position for extra/as needed. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediate, by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
