The role of Supply & Buying Planner is central to the launch and combines commercial analysis with operational execution. The position requires experience, structure, and the ability to turn insights into action in a high-tempo environment with rapid changes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply & Buying Planner, you are responsible for planning and optimizing product flow, inventory, and purchasing for LESSS. You ensure the right volumes reach the right channels, monitor assortment performance, and initiate actions to drive sales and inventory turnover. The role entails overall responsibility for supply, including item and order management, pricing and campaign management, as well as planning and controlling product flows. In short, you ensure that the right products are in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

Qualifications and Background

• Experience in an equivalent role, purchasing assistant, or supply chain. Experience from retail is essential.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to link analysis to practical execution.
• Extremely structured, yet unpretentious and hands-on, with a desire to stay one step ahead.
• Thrives in a small organization where roles overlap and the pace is fast.
• Analytical but solution-oriented – identifies problems and turns them into action.
• Operational working style – gets things done quickly and correctly.
• Communicative and collaborative – acts as a link between supply chain, stores, DC, and management.
• Enjoys a daily routine with many parallel tasks and has the ability to independently prioritize what is most important right now.
• Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage.

General Information

• The position reports directly to the Brand Manager.
• Collaborates closely with Supply Chain, DC, E-commerce, Stores, and respective Brands.
