We are currently looking for a Card Administrator for a public sector organization where security, service, and quality are central. Here you will work in an important role related to the management of e-service cards and identity services, contributing to the operation running safely and smoothly – every day.

Your Responsibilities
In the role of Card Administrator, you work with the management of e-service cards linked to the identification service SITHS – a central security solution for strong authentication within the public sector. You are responsible for ensuring that the right person gets the right authorization and electronic identity according to current processes and regulations.

You will work both administratively and operationally, with daily contact with users. The work takes place on-site at the organization's premises as well as out at customers within Gothenburg Municipality and in some cases within the Västra Götaland Region.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Receiving users for photography, activation, and delivery of e-service cards
  • Administering card orders in associated systems
  • Issuing reserve cards (LoA2 and LoA3)
  • Deregistering cards and managing unlocking and ordering of PUK codes
  • Ensuring that the work follows current routines and regulations
  • Traveling to operations to perform photography and activation of cards

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has a strong sense of service. You enjoy a role where you can combine administration with contact with people and where you take responsibility for the work being performed correctly.

You have good communication skills and feel confident meeting different types of users in your daily life. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and find it easy to adapt to changing needs.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently, while at the same time being a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. You are used to working in administrative systems and have a meticulous working method where you follow routines and processes.

All communication and documentation is done in Swedish, which means you need very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

A driver's license (Class B) is a requirement.
