What does the role entail?

As Bistro Team Leader, you are responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring operations run smoothly according to our concept. You are an active part of the team, participating in everything from cooking and serving to sales, dishwashing, and cleaning. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Allocating and coordinating tasks within the bistro team
• Ordering ingredients and ensuring storage and handling follow guidelines
• Promoting the sale of our bistro products and contributing to a pleasant guest experience
• Introducing and training new bistro staff to maintain a high level of service

In this role, you are also expected to be flexible and support other departments when needed. For us, the guest experience is central, and we work together to solve daily challenges with positive energy.

Who are we looking for?

We prefer candidates with experience from the café, restaurant, or fast-food industry. If you also have education in hospitality and catering, that is a plus, but your personality is most important! We are looking for someone who can inspire both guests and colleagues and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You adapt easily, keep your cool in stressful situations, and appreciate a structured way of working.

Terms

We are looking for a Bistro Team Leader for the summer season. The role is a full-time seasonal position (40 hours/week) and includes evening and weekend shifts, in accordance with collective agreements. During the spring, we offer training that we would like you to participate in.
