We are currently seeking summer temporary staff for our store Coop Knäred. We want you to have great initiative, a contagious positive energy, the ability to see customer needs, and the pride and joy to deliver the industry's best customer service.

As a person, you are creative, eager to share suggestions and ideas, and comfortable working in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with all common store duties, such as customer service, cashiering, and picking goods. Customers should always be met with a fresh, well-stocked store and receive top-tier service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer comes first. You have a knack for building long-term customer relationships and the ability to inspire customers to enjoy their shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a fast pace and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail industry is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is most important to us.

The positions are part-time summer temporary roles during the period of June–August. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the final application deadline.

• Good Swedish skills in both speech and writing are required.
