About the role
As a store associate, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of our store in Falkenberg. You will assist with customer service, sales, and keeping the store presentable and inviting.

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, service-oriented, and engaged, but who also enjoys collaborating in a team and helping out where needed.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations with a high level of service and professional customer interaction

• Lead, plan, and follow up on the team's work, as well as coach employees towards set goals

• Actively contribute to sales and work to maximize the store's profitability

• Handle and quality-assure the order flow from e-commerce, including picking and packing

• Collaborate with the marketing function regarding campaigns and customer communication

• Be responsible for purchasing, inventory management, as well as administrative processes and routines

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in retail is an absolute requirement.

• Driver's license: A B-class driver's license is required.

• Language: You must express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
