We are currently seeking a 3D Operator for our client.
Requirements:
As a consultant in this assignment, you will play a key role in the development of components and processes within additive manufacturing. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing design documentation to ensure producibility with various AM techniques, as well as guiding the selection of suitable processes and materials based on requirements and applications.
You will also:
- Develop business cases and cost calculations for potential AM articles.
- Provide advice on build orientation, support strategies, and post-processing to ensure correct quality and tolerances.
- Act as a project coordinator for specific components, in close collaboration with business units and both internal and external production partners.
- Conduct and further develop internal workshops and training materials on DfAM and AM processes.
This is a central role with great opportunities to influence how our client works with future manufacturing technology.
Profile To succeed in the assignment, we expect you to have:
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, development, or production-related technology (Level 3).
- Documented experience in additive manufacturing (AM), preferably with a focus on metal printing.
- Good understanding of CNC technology and/or casting processes.
- Technical education in mechanical engineering or a corresponding field.
- Experience with DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing).
- Ability to drive and conduct workshops, training sessions, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Experience working cross-functionally as a project coordinator.

Assignment Period: 6 months, with possibility of extension
