About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Releasy, you will:

  • Represent Releasy and our client Telia, one of Sweden's most successful companies in the IT and telecom industry.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone calls. Other communication channels such as chat and email may also occur.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve potential issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Actively work on upselling and deliver solutions that make a difference for the customer.
  • Focus on service and support, including administration and billing inquiries regarding our customers' services and subscriptions.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through various processes.
  • Actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.

To ensure a great introduction to the work, the employment begins with 30 days of training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will learn new things and grow over time.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Working hours are variable within the project's opening hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–19:15 and Saturday 09:00–17:15. Training starts on 2026-05-07.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a high school diploma
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
  • Has good ability to speak and write in English
  • Is computer literate and has good system competence
  • Is communicative and solution-oriented
  • Experience in service or sales is an asset

We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards clear goals and has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and sales. You are communicative and helpful, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions. To succeed in this role, you need to be curious, solution-oriented, and eager to develop as a customer service representative in a dynamic environment.
