As a sales associate in one of our stores, you ensure that a visit to us feels welcoming, safe, and inspiring. A place people are happy to return to. With a warm approach and good initiative, you guide the customer towards long-lasting purchases and offer a unique customer experience. The goal is to listen, sense, and help them find that new favorite item that can be used over and over again.

Perhaps you have previous experience in service, or have a great interest in fashion and clothing. You enjoy working in a team with great colleagues and supporting others to reach set sales targets together.

The position is on an as-needed basis with a start date as soon as possible.

A lot has happened since we started selling capes in a basement almost 70 years ago. Today we have nearly 360 stores and are one of the leading fashion chains in the Nordics. But one thing remains the same - our burning interest in our customers.

To be able to keep up with our development journey, we are looking for someone who is flexible, can easily change focus and reprioritize. Who are you?

• Social, outgoing, and love meeting people.
• Passionate about sales and service and want to give the customer the best shopping experience.
• Love working in a team and collaborating with others to reach goals.
• Have a high degree of initiative and take responsibility in your work.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in retail or service.
• You are 18 years or older.
