Are you a specialist physician with or without a subspecialty in palliative medicine, curious about how we at Aleris work within advanced home care (ASIH)? We are now looking for someone interested in contributing to our growth and expansion of our staff.

About us
Our units are spread across the northern part of Stockholm at five locations. The teams are multiprofessional, including physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We have extensive experience in providing advanced home care with a focus on person-centered care. Patients often have complex symptom profiles, and common diagnoses include cancer, heart failure, and COPD. As a specialist physician, you will have medical responsibility for approximately 35 of the team's patients, though this may vary as we support each other during leave. As we are on a growth journey, your location may vary over time, but initially, we are looking for you to join our office in Vällingby.

The Role
We are seeking a specialist physician with a strong interest in palliative care. A subspecialty in palliative medicine is an asset. We also look for someone with an interest in the type of care we provide and who is ready for a new, exciting challenge working alongside experienced specialist physicians in a multiprofessional team.

Responsibilities include examining, assessing, and treating patients. You will participate in team work involving multiple professions and contribute to various development projects within the organization. You will maintain continuous contact and work closely with other specialist physicians within the organization and other healthcare providers.

We are looking for a specialist physician with good collaboration skills, flexibility, a desire to develop and contribute. We appreciate a genuine interest in palliation. The ability to provide a pleasant patient interaction and have a sense of humor are also important qualities we value. We also look for someone who is calm and stable and enjoys a varied daily routine.

A driver's license (Category B) is required.
