About the role
ASM Foods AB is a B2B company within the Barry Callebaut Group, manufacturing custom ingredients for the bakery, dairy, and ice cream industries. Barry Callebaut is the world's leading supplier of chocolate and cocoa products, delivering high-quality ingredients to the food industry globally. The operation in Mjölby is responsible for production, warehousing, and distribution to both the Swedish and global markets. The facility focuses on ensuring efficient production and high quality to meet the growing demand for the company's products.
In the role of production planner, you as a student will have an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic role with extensive contact points. Responsibilities
- Manufacturing order and resource planning: Responsible for planning and confirming customer orders and ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet demand.
- Follow-up and reporting: Continuously perform reconciliations against production and ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Logistics and system management: Plan incoming goods and work in business systems and Excel to optimize flows and report results.
We are looking for you who
- Have an ongoing post-secondary education in a relevant field or another main occupation of at least 50%. Preferably in mechanical engineering, logistics, or similar.
- Have good computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Are available to start working during week 22 until week 32 (Mandatory school activities or other obstacles can be addressed through dialogue).
- Speak fluent Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as this is required for internal and external collaborations.
