Welcome to our lovely Apotek Hjärtat in the beautiful Älvsbyn – the pearl of Norrbotten!

We are a cheerful team currently consisting of one technician, one assistant, and three pharmacists. We are now looking for a new colleague and welcome both recent graduates and experienced professionals. As a pharmacist at Hjärtat in Älvsbyn, you will not work alone; you will have experienced colleagues to support and help you. We look forward to learning from you and benefiting from your knowledge and work experience. In the long run, there will be a need for a Medication Responsible Officer (LMA), which would give you the opportunity to grow into that role, initially as a substitute. We are characterized by good cooperation between our pharmacies, meaning we share experiences to constantly develop and help each other according to needs and possibilities.

Our customers span all ages; most are our lovely regular customers who are happy to chat. We have good cooperation with neighboring healthcare facilities. As a manager, it is important to me that you put the customer first and enjoy working as a team. Occasionally, we have a high tempo, so flexibility and the ability to prioritize are valuable traits.

This pharmacy is one of our "explorer pharmacies" where we offer something extra to you as a licensed pharmacist in Sweden. This means you receive a bonus paid out once per completed year during your first three years at the pharmacy (totaling 120,000 SEK). You will also participate in our mentorship program, ensuring a secure start in your new role.

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will alternate between professional counseling and sales regarding prescriptions and self-care. As the customer-focused pharmacist you are, you contribute to better health for our customers and the pharmacy's success.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist (Receptarie) or Chief Pharmacist (Apotekare). You are either at the beginning of your career or experienced and willing to share your knowledge with your new Hjärtat colleagues.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and like simple and new solutions in your daily life. With your good attitude, you are a team player and an ambassador for the entire Hjärtat!
