About the Position

This is a part-time position and a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled through Bravura and you will be employed directly by COLIVE – the company behind the upcoming launch of The Nooq later this spring.

Working hours vary and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts, depending on the needs of the operation.

Responsibilities

As Front of House, you are the face of the company and responsible for creating a professional and welcoming guest experience at The Nooq. You will welcome guests, ensure the premises are well-organized, and handle various tasks within service, administration, and coordination with other departments. The role also involves support during events, where you prepare venues, receive deliveries, and ensure everything is in place. This is a role for you who want more than just manning a reception. There is always something to contribute, and you get the opportunity to grow, take responsibility, and become an important part of the team and culture.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Being the point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a professional, warm, and welcoming impression throughout their stay
• Guiding and assisting guests in daily operations
• Handling bookings, payments, and simple administrative and financial tasks
• Ensuring common areas and meeting rooms are in order
• Supporting before, during, and after events by managing deliveries, venues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Coordinating and following up on tasks with housekeeping, maintenance, and external suppliers
• Working proactively to identify improvements at the property

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Previous experience in service work, preferably in guest service within the hotel or restaurant industry
• Experience working as an evening or night receptionist is an asset
• Basic computer literacy
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic understanding of finance, bookings, and payment flows is an asset
