In the role of a nurse assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will work to provide good care, service, and healthcare to our residents. Rådmansgatan is a special care home focused on the elderly and the sick and has 34 places. Rådmansgatan is located on Frösön, a 15-minute walk from the center of Östersund. The facility has two floors with 17 places per floor.

In the position of night nurse assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with assisting with personal hygiene, responding to alarms, and being there as support when the situation requires it. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration. You work together with a colleague, and you are responsible for one floor each during the night.

Job Description

We are currently looking for one colleague on a part-time basis for a permanent position with a probationary period, employment rate 77.07% with a start date of 2026-07-01.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nurse assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We also consider prior experience in elderly care and dementia care as an asset.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record register (can also be ordered via Kivra). We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
