Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager at Tecnicon, you will work with construction management, project management, economic and technical control in projects, Bas-P, responsibility for control, inspections, and assist in the areas of architecture and building construction with, for example, surveys and descriptions. You will work independently or in a project group at our office in Örnsköldsvik. You will collaborate with other technical consultants in consulting groups internally or externally for many different types of clients.

Your formal competence

We are looking for you who are an established building engineer, university engineer, civil engineer, or have other proven competence such as site manager or work leader. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills are a requirement. Certification as a responsible controller and education in Bas P/U are meritorious. We would like you to have worked as a consultant, contractor, or within the state/region/municipality with construction issues or property management.

To succeed as a Construction Manager with us, you must be a creative and orderly problem solver with drive and technical interest. You are not afraid to meet new people in new assignments, and we expect you to be meticulous, ambitious, service-oriented, flexible, and stress-tolerant. It is important that you have a holistic view, are responsive to the client's wishes, and can present comments and suggestions in a pedagogical way. You should also be able to lead meetings both internally and externally.
