Apoteket Töreboda is centrally located in the city center of Töreboda and has a steady flow of customers throughout the day. As a pharmacy in a smaller town, we meet a large number of regular customers, which creates close relationships and a personal customer experience. During the summer months, the pace increases as more visitors and tourists find their way to the town, contributing to variety in everyday life.

The team consists of six employees with clear areas of responsibility who together ensure stable and well-functioning staffing. The pharmacy is open Monday to Saturday and offers a business with breadth, strong local anchoring, and clear customer focus – with good conditions for a present and engaged leadership.

In your role as pharmacy manager, you are responsible for the budget, sales, and personnel at the unit. You lead, develop, and set the direction for the operations and the people around you – always with quality, care, and the customer's needs at the center.

Through your leadership, you ensure that the team has the right conditions to feel good, enjoy their work, and provide our customers with the best possible help and advice.

As the person in charge of the pharmacy in Töreboda, you have a key role in shaping an operation where care, quality, and responsibility permeate every day. By leading with engagement and clear direction, you create conditions for both employees and the business to develop.

• Develop good team spirit while creating clarity in roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.

• Drive sales and identify opportunities for growth and development.

• Lead and engage employees with presence, structure, and care.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed pharmacist with experience from a pharmacy

• Have experience of leading or coordinating teams, for example as a pharmacy manager, pharmacy leader, LMA, or in a similar role

• Are a secure and trustworthy leader who creates structure, job satisfaction, and clarity

• Are communicative, attentive, and clear in your leadership

• Are good at planning and structure and enjoy taking responsibility for daily operations

• Find it easy to build teams, develop collaboration, and support employees in their work
