Midwife at the Women's Clinic, Högland Hospital in Eksjö

Are you interested in working with women's health at different stages of life, from adolescence to mature womanhood? Do you enjoy both collaboration and working independently? Do you want to work in an organization where you are allowed to grow and take your own initiatives? Then this might be the job for you!

The Role as a Midwife

Welcome to the small Women's Clinic with big possibilities! We are looking for a midwife who wishes to rotate between two of our departments. We provide women's health care, youth clinics, specialist maternity care, a fetal medicine clinic, a gynecological care unit and clinic, as well as delivery and maternity ward operations.

Based on your experience and wishes, we can tailor a position that suits both you and the operation. A large part of our activities are conducted at Högland Hospital in Eksjö, but the Women's Health clinics/youth clinics are located at family centers in Aneby, Tranås, Nässjö, Vetlanda, Sävsjö, and Eksjö. As a midwife with us, you are offered a stimulating and varied job. The work can involve both independent work and team work.

The position includes irregular working hours with corresponding reduction in working time. This implies duty during the day and evening as well as weekend duty. There is also the possibility to work solely on weekends, where full-time corresponds to 28 hours per week.

The position is permanent, and one of the two rotations must be to the delivery ward. Start date and employment level are subject to agreement. The design of the rotation position is based on the needs of the operation.
