The Role as an ST-Doctor

We are seeking an ST-doctor (Specialist Training) in general practice. The position is a permanent full-time role (100%), but the employment rate can be discussed based on preferences. Start date is negotiable.

For those who need to complete basic service (BT) at the beginning of their ST, a temporary fixed-term contract may initially be relevant, with the aim of transitioning to a permanent position. If you have completed your internship (AT), we can offer you a permanent position as an ST-doctor. RJL has a concept for BT that benefits both the employee and the workplace. Eksjö Health Center is part of the Bra Liv Health Centers, which constitute the regionally driven primary care in Jönköping County. Our goal is "better health for all," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. You will receive scheduled and acute doctor visits and will gradually work at the Child Health Care (BVC) and special housing facilities. The health center is located right next to Högland Hospital, and our patients often choose us as their first option. Here, there are optimal conditions for broad learning in general practice. You will work Monday–Friday with some on-call duty in the evenings and on weekends.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Has a driver's license.
• Can work independently but also together with various professional groups.
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good treatment.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us.
• Is open to new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, treatment, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating involvement and a good work environment.

As an ST-doctor, your ST planning occurs in collaboration between you, the supervisor, the manager, and the study director. With us, you will receive continuous supervision from experienced district doctors. ST-doctors in the healthcare area meet regularly together with the study director.
