Department of Community Planning and Building
The Department of Community Planning and Building is responsible for catering and cleaning, development, urban planning and building permits, parks and green spaces, streets, water, and waste. Here, over 300 employees work together to make Ystad a great municipality to live, work, and thrive in.

Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking for parking attendants who want to be part of our team in Kåseberga during the summer! Kåseberga is a popular destination for both locals and tourists, and we need your help to ensure a smooth and well-organized parking situation.
As a parking attendant, you will be stationed at the large grass parking lot and assist visitors on the parking area. You will help visitors find a parking spot and maintain order in the parking lot.
Furthermore, you will be available to answer questions and give directions to tourists. You will help visitors find their way to their excursion destinations and inform them about accessibility-adapted paths.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who want to work outdoors in a beautiful natural environment and be part of the summer life on Österlen. You will meet people from all over the world and contribute to their experience of Kåseberga. The position is scheduled between weeks 25–33, and you will work on a rotating schedule. Working hours are between 11:00 and 17:00, with some flexibility to adjust according to bus schedules.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who meets all the following requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Class B driver's license for manual transmission
- Work experience as a parking attendant or another profession deemed equivalent by the employer
In addition, we expect you to be service-minded, solution-oriented, and have an easy time talking and collaborating with people. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you have a positive attitude and a good approach towards visitors. You see solutions rather than problems and function somewhat like the spider in the web. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!
