About the role

As Service Marketing Manager, you have overall responsibility for the workshop's daily operations and development. You lead a team consisting of mechanics, customer receptionists, and parts staff, working both operationally and strategically.

You are close to the business – participating in customer reception while driving development, structure, and results. The role entails significant personal responsibility and excellent opportunities to influence the facility's future.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and allocating work within the team
• Personnel management and employee development
• Ensuring a good working environment and safety
• Active work with customer contact and reception
• Monitoring budget, results, and key figures
• Invoicing and administrative tasks
• Driving development towards a modern All-Car Workshop
• Ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who

• Is a secure and clear leader
• Thrives in a technical and operational role close to both the team and customers
• Has the ability to create structure and drive improvement work
• Is unpretentious, flexible, and coaching in your leadership style
• Has a business drive and focus on results

We prefer that you have

• Experience from the automotive industry, preferably in All-Car
• Basic understanding of automotive technology
• Previous leadership experience
• Good system skills
• Very good Swedish and good English
• Class B driver's license
