Our client, Prenad in Helsingborg, is currently seeking a Service Manager for HVAC (VS) for a consultancy assignment starting immediately. Are you a confident and unpretentious leader with deep technical understanding of the plumbing and heating industry? We are looking for someone who wants to step into a key role at Prenad, part of the Bravida Group, to bring calm, structure, and momentum to a competent team. As Service Manager in Helsingborg, you will be responsible for leading approximately 12 employees, driving your own business through calculations and customer visits, and ensuring economic follow-up and high technical quality.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Lead, engage, and develop your team to deliver high-quality solutions
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships by being responsive and proactive
• Identify and create upselling opportunities through add-on services and project upgrades
• Be responsible for contracts and follow-up of economic results, technical quality, and documentation in our assignments
• Plan and coordinate resources, procurement, and work with quality and working environment

This is a full-time consultancy assignment and a temporary position to cover a sick leave. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and be a reliable pillar for the team during this period. As we do not currently have a fixed end date for the need, we appreciate flexibility, but the assignment is initially calculated to last 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in HVAC (VS) and possess the technical knowledge required to meet customers' requirements and support installers in the field
• Confident and experienced leader who can create stability and a calm working atmosphere in a group
• Good understanding of economics, calculations, and result follow-up
• Orderly, structured, and down-to-earth. You are unpretentious and flexible enough to help where needed and work across boundaries
• Class B driver's license
• You are accustomed to working digitally in various operational systems
