About the Role

We are looking for someone who has worked extensively in construction services and is accustomed to taking significant responsibility for their assignments. You have a good grasp of various work tasks and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

You are self-driven, proactive, and used to juggling multiple tasks. Digital documentation and mobile-based systems are a natural part of the work.

This position suits someone who enjoys responsibility, likes to keep the big picture in mind, and wants to continue developing in their profession.

Examples of Duties:

• Small and large renovations for private individuals
• Demolition, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, and flooring
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR (if you have experience)
• Handling insurance claims and restorations
• Communication with customers and documentation via mobile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in construction services
• Is structured, self-reliant, and quality-conscious
• Is confident in various work tasks
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Is accustomed to using a mobile phone for documentation, photos, and time reporting
• Has a B driver's license (own car is a plus)
