Construction Site Manager for Exciting Infrastructure Projects – Join a Strong Team!

We are now seeking an engaged and results-oriented Construction Site Manager with a background in earthworks and infrastructure for a long-term consultancy assignment (minimum 1 year). You will be employed by Prowork and work on-site at our client's location. The project starts in April/May, with working hours from Monday to Thursday.

About the Role

You will work on an exciting earthworks and infrastructure project in Denmark, alongside an experienced and cohesive team.

As a Site Manager, you will play a central role in the project. You are responsible for daily production and ensuring that work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements – with a strong focus on working environment and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in risk assessments and develop action plans
• Contribute to occupational health and environmental plans
• Manage schedules
• Plan resources and handle permits
• Lead daily production
• Conduct safety rounds and inspections
• Monitor schedules and manage deviations
• Handle purchasing to some extent
• Participate in construction meetings and dialogue with the client
• Ensure requirements are met prior to handover
• Compile documentation for final inspection

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in infrastructure (or similar role)
• Knowledge of AMA, MER, and AB04/ABT06 standards
• Basic knowledge of contract law
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
