We are now looking for a Project Manager

As a Project Manager with us, you are responsible for driving construction projects from idea and planning to completion and handover. You play a key role in keeping the big picture together, but you are also expected to be solution-oriented and actively contribute creative ideas when challenges arise.

In addition to larger projects, you will also manage smaller renovation projects, which requires flexibility and the ability to quickly switch between different assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from start to finish
• Drive projects forward with a focus on quality, time, and economy
• Develop solutions and contribute creative ideas at various stages of the projects
• Be responsible for budget, schedule, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate own staff as well as subcontractors
• Act as the main contact for the customer and ensure clear and good dialogue
• Manage smaller construction and renovation projects in parallel

We are looking for someone with good professional skills in construction, preferably with experience in timber construction and concrete work. You have experience in project management and design. As a person, you are solution-oriented and creative, and you enjoy taking your own initiatives. You have the ability to independently drive projects from start to finish and work in a structured and responsible manner. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and are motivated to deliver customer-specific projects of high quality.
