Subject Teacher in English and Swedish – Fröviskolan 7–9
Fröviskolan 7–9 is a small, family-oriented upper secondary school with approximately 240 students, located in Frövi – just 15 minutes from Örebro by train. Here, students from Frövi, Fellingsbro, and Vedevåg meet in a safe environment where relationships, closeness, and engagement are at the center.
We are a school with a strong focus on students and are currently working on a change initiative together with the Swedish National Agency for Education to become even better. Our student health team, together with social pedagogues, career counselors, and the school library, creates good conditions for both learning and well-being. At the same time, we offer a workplace with engaged colleagues, present leadership, and close collaboration within work teams.

Responsibilities
You will work as a subject teacher in English and Swedish. Your responsibilities include collaboration with colleagues as well as communication with students, guardians, and other authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in a multi-year development project (Targeted Measures) aimed at developing teaching and increasing students' goal achievement.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a certified primary school teacher for grades 7–9 with qualifications in English and Swedish.
- Practical experience in the teaching profession is an asset.
As a person, you are flexible and used to planning your work independently. You are solution-oriented and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective. You are clear, secure, and creative, with the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and sharing your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, developmental, and stimulating learning environment for the students.
Employment Terms
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer. The position is a temporary assignment for one year, potentially becoming permanent thereafter.
