Subject Teacher in Spanish and Physical Education at Fröviskolan 7–9

Fröviskolan 7–9 is a small, family-oriented upper secondary school with approximately 240 students, located in Frövi – just 15 minutes from Örebro by train. Here, students from Frövi, Fellingsbro, and Vedevåg meet in a safe environment where relationships, proximity, and engagement are at the center.

We are a school with a strong student focus and are currently working on a change initiative together with the Swedish National Agency for Education to become even better. Our student health team, together with a social pedagogue, career counselor, and school library, strives to create good conditions for both learning and well-being. At the same time, we offer a workplace with engaged colleagues, present leadership, and close collaboration within work teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a subject teacher in Spanish and Physical Education. Your responsibilities include collaboration with colleagues as well as communication with students, parents, and other authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in a multi-year development project (Targeted Measures) aimed at developing teaching and increasing students' goal attainment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for a certified primary school teacher for grades 7–9 with qualifications in Spanish and Physical Education.
• Practical experience in the teaching profession is an asset.

As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to planning your work independently. You are solution-oriented and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective. You are clear, secure, and creative, with the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and sharing your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, developmental, and stimulating learning environment for the students.
