About the workplace
Skenäs Prison is located in Vikbolandet, approximately three miles outside Norrköping. There is no public transport connection to the facility, which means a driver's license and access to a car are required for the position. The prison will be reclassified from security class 3 to security class 2 during 2026, which will place a strong focus on general security work. We also have a care unit involving security, health, and medical care duties.
