Job Description

We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist for our client in Uppsala!

The ideal candidate should have a background in order processing, freight, and warehouse operations. You will work to strengthen the client's team of distribution coordinators.

The assignment runs from May 1st to the last day of August but may be extended!

Responsibilities

The role involves handling customer orders in collaboration with Customer Care, administering freight and customs documentation, and coordinating transport bookings.

You will also create and follow up on production orders and planning for our kit-packing team, as well as serve as a backup function for this team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• Post-secondary education in logistics,
• At least three years of relevant experience in order processing, freight, and warehouse management,
• Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a requirement,
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

The candidate must be skilled in communication and collaboration, flexible, and able to handle tight deadlines.
