We are seeking an experienced logistics professional with proficiency in counterbalance forklifts, a meticulous and driven administrator, and a skilled system administrator for a daytime position. This role combines practical warehouse tasks, administrative responsibilities, and system-focused work within a safe and inclusive working environment.
Responsibilities
Drive and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution flows, including planning for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Operate and manage counterbalance forklifts for loading/unloading and internal transport, adhering to safety protocols and holding a valid forklift license.
Perform checks upon receipt, register items in warehouse and business systems, and ensure traceability and accurate stock levels.
Provide system administration and support for warehouse and business systems: user management, permissions, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
Participate in improvement initiatives regarding processes, system support, and work routines to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and customer service to ensure smooth flows and customer satisfaction.
Perform preventive maintenance of the workplace; maintain order, report deviations, and contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Valid counterbalance forklift license and documented experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience with administrative tasks within logistics, order management, and supplier handling.
Knowledge and experience in system administration for warehouse management systems and ERP systems is an asset.
Strong computer skills; accustomed to working with databases, registers, and digital support systems.
Ability to document work tasks and follow up on routines for quality and traceability.
Class B driver's license is an asset.
Good command of Swedish, both written and spoken, for safe communication and reporting.
