In your role as a Project Manager with us, you will create value by leading projects of varying sizes and complexities for some of the market's most exciting technology companies. Your task is to support our customers in defense, energy, process industry, and manufacturing with everything from investment projects in production to product development or industrialization projects.

As a Project Manager with us, you will develop and strengthen your ability to organize, prioritize, and solve complex problems. You will be responsible for driving the project forward and ensuring that goals are met on time and within budget. Your leadership and ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be a contributing factor to the project's success.

Today, we are a group of project managers with 0 to 25 years of experience in leading roles within the industry. We offer you the opportunity to develop in a modern work environment with challenging tasks and exciting projects. You will have the privilege of being surrounded by competent colleagues who are happy to share their experience and knowledge.

We also believe that a good work-life balance is important. Primarily, assignments are with our customers, located geographically between Södertälje and Uppsala, alternatively in our own offices or remotely. We constantly receive requests to help customers throughout Sweden, so it is an asset if you are willing to take assignments in other locations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with 5-10 years of experience in project management within industry, preferably from production or product development. You are an educated engineer, and it is an asset if you have experience with projects in various industries, e.g., automotive, defense, energy, or similar.

As a person, you have the ability to create security, engagement, and success within your projects. You are driven to solve challenges together with others and always contribute that little extra. You are positive, results-oriented, and enjoy working with other people.

If you are certified in any of the following frameworks and areas: PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar, this is an asset but not a requirement. If you are not already a certified project manager, you will get the opportunity with us.

You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To be eligible for this position, only Swedish citizenship is accepted. You may need to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
