We don't know who you are yet, but we want you to be not only a cool nerd but also excellent at what you do. To thrive with us, you need to enjoy working in an agile environment. For us, agile means maximizing value for our customers with minimal effort. You should also enjoy working in teams and be humble. We gladly question each other's solutions and ideas in a friendly manner because it leads to better outcomes. A sense of humor is a requirement; otherwise, you won't fit in with us.

What will you be doing?

You will work as a consultant on-site at client locations as a system developer in some form. Our clients are found in both the public sector and the private industry. We always check with you before sending your CV to a client and before accepting an assignment. It must feel right for both you and the client.

Why be a consultant?

A major advantage of being a consultant is that you get to try out many different assignments and operations. You can easily change tasks while keeping the same employer. Thus, there are great opportunities for continuous professional development.

Which technologies do we work with?

We take on assignments ranging from system development and cloud services to BI, data analysis, and integration. Some common technologies we often encounter include: .NET, C#, Java, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, C/C++, Angular, React, Blazor, TypeScript, JavaScript, PowerBI, and Claude. Regarding methodologies, it ranges from PM3 and XLPM to Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. It naturally varies between assignments, but the above are the most common. It is a merit if you have a "computer driver's license" 😉

Who are we at Hellman Dynamic?

We are a lovely bunch of nerdy people with offices in Borlänge and Gävle. What distinguishes us is that our management truly cares about the employees and prioritizes their well-being, for real! Formal requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a system developer
• We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for a forward-looking attitude and drive.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• You must be a Swedish citizen as many tasks may require security clearance.

Location is Borlänge or Gävle with the possibility of remote work.
