Extra Staff for Industry – Helsingborg and Surrounding Areas

We are a staffing and recruitment agency continuously seeking extra staff for our clients within the process and manufacturing industries.

About the Role

As extra staff, you may work in various industrial environments. Duties vary depending on the client but may include:

• Packaging and wrapping.
• Refilling and material handling.
• Forklift driving.
• Basic machine settings and monitoring.
• Production work and quality control.
• Cleaning and tidying in the production environment.

The work is often physical, sometimes monotonous, and performed at a steady pace. We are therefore looking for someone who is resilient, meticulous, and has a strong work ethic. Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments are important as you may work with different clients.

Requirements

• Another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies or other employment).
• Driver's license and access to a car to reach our clients' workplaces.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Ability to work at least 2 weekdays per week (usually daytime, but may vary depending on the client).

Advantageous

• Forklift license (A and/or B).
• Experience working in industry or process industry.
• Experience with machine handling or production work.
