Richardssons Tool Service AB is a company based in Västervik with over 30 employees.

We are Scandinavia's largest manufacturer of die-casting tools. Our tools are used to cast parts for, among others, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche, but we also work with end customers in many other segments.

We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for additional employees:

TOOLMAKER / TOOL TECHNICIAN

In our assembly department, all tools are assembled, tested, and prepared for delivery to the customer. All form-giving components in the tools are also polished to the correct finish after completed machining and before fitting into the tools.

We also assist our customers with the repair and maintenance of tools.

The work may also include some simple machining in conventional milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines, as well as welding. The work is varied as our production is based on one-off manufacturing. Depending on your background and interests, other tasks such as EDM (electrical discharge machining) may also be included in the role.

For this position, we are looking for a practical person with good teamwork skills and experience of industrial work.

Experience of welding is an asset, as is training in forklift and overhead crane (travers) operation.
