Rimaster Cab & Mechanics has extensive experience in delivering cabins to the world's leading manufacturers of special vehicles. This often involves complex, customer-specific solutions where we take responsibility for the entire chain, from development to manufacturing and assembly. We are an established and efficient supplier that can meet the demands placed on the production of smaller series combined with alternative designs. High demands are placed on short delivery times while maintaining flexibility and strict quality requirements. Rimaster Cab & Mechanics operates in a modern production facility in Horn, where we primarily focus on the assembly of cabins, larger system-assembled projects/products, and mechanical manufacturing.

Your tasks

As a welder at Rimaster, you will manufacture everything from individual parts to medium-sized volumes where the size and complexity of the products vary – this can involve smaller details as well as larger units such as cabins. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through training and validation of welding tests using various methods. You will be part of a team where we value collaboration, commitment, and development. Rimaster's welding process is certified according to standard EN 3834-2, which means you will work in a structured and quality-controlled environment with clear processes.

The role also includes:

· Participating in the introduction of new articles

· Being the link to technology and design

· Suggesting improvements and working on preventive measures

Your profile

We believe that you, as an applicant, feel a strong responsibility to maintain high quality in your work and have a strong desire to learn and develop. Are you also communicative, proactive, and practically inclined? Perfect! We want you to join us if you enjoy collaborating with others, like solving problems, and have good prioritization skills.

We also wish that you have:

· Experience in MAG welding

· Knowledge in reading drawings and welding specifications WPS

· Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
