About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced CNC milling operator for our client in Lönneberga. In the role of CNC milling operator, you will work on a Pinnacle 3-axis CNC mill with an associated Mitsubishi control system. The position is within a business with a lot of contract manufacturing in small series where production is varied but can also change quickly depending on order status, which in turn offers you a lot of variation in your future role.

The position is a recruitment through Montico HR Partner, where the right person will be offered employment with the client after a period of hiring. Working hours are scheduled shift work with morning and afternoon shifts.

Job Description

In this role, you will work with setup and adjustment of machines as well as programming and modification of existing CNC programs. You are responsible for your CNC mill and ensure that the parts meet the right quality through post-processing and deburring. The work also involves daily handling of forklifts and overhead cranes in production.

The production mainly consists of forklift parts, where there are often large and heavy components made of thick material. Some parts are recurring and programs already exist in the system, but sometimes you will also need to make adjustments to, for example, drilling patterns or dimensions. There are also special jobs where you program completely from scratch, which summarizes that good physical fitness and some experience in programming independently are keys to succeeding in this role.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and responsible with good experience in CNC milling. You thrive in a role where you work a lot independently at the machine and take great responsibility for quality and pace.

We see that you have:

  • CNC education or high school education with relevant focus
  • Experience in 3-axis CNC milling
  • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Forklift/Overhead crane certification

Meritorious:

  • Experience with control systems Heidenhain/Bosch
  • Previous experience with Pinnacle/Fanuc
