About the position

To enable high availability, we are looking for operators / forklift drivers for our production flow and warehouse for the manufacture of wardrobes and shelves in our high-tech furniture factory. As an operator, you will work in one of our teams where you, together with your closest colleagues, ensure and control that production follows and is conducted according to our set standards, routines, and goals. To enable a safe working environment, high quality, and stable availability in our fully automated production equipment, you will work with quality controls, problem-solving, operator maintenance, and organization. Your working hours will be scheduled according to our shift schedule as we also produce in the evenings, nights, and weekends.

Your profile

• You have a high technical understanding, are practically oriented, and are a good problem solver.
• Electrical/automation or other technical education is an advantage.
• Forklift license and experience as a forklift driver is an advantage.
• You are comfortable with office programs and have good computer skills.
• A completed high school diploma is a requirement.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is required.

We conduct alcohol and drug testing upon employment.
