About the Position

You will first be employed as a consultant at Montico and rented out to the client company. After six months, there is an opportunity for permanent employment with Montico or direct employment with the client company.

The working hours are usually scheduled for daytime or two shifts, but we would like you to be flexible for other shift forms as well.

Job Description

We are looking for personnel for three different types of roles; operator, assembler, and warehouse worker.

• As an operator, you work with machines and follow the process that includes several different work steps. Your tasks consist of planning and handling materials, monitoring the machines, and quality control of the finished product.
• As an assembler, you primarily work with the assembly of smaller components, both from drawings and from instructions. The assembler role also includes quality checks and handling with a forklift.
• As a warehouse worker, you can work with both inbound and outbound deliveries as well as warehouse management, but also with supplying production and its machines/stations with materials.

For all assignments, we certainly prefer that you have experience in similar work, but the most important thing for us and our clients is to have the right person in the right place. Therefore, your personal qualities, drive, and willingness to learn are very important.

• Previous experience in industrial work
• Forklift license and experience in forklift driving
• Overhead crane license
