About the position

We are now looking for a form builder with welding skills for our client's modern production facility, where our client is a leading player manufacturing complete structural solutions for construction projects across Sweden. Here, you will be part of a family-oriented team where you collectively take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process from drawing to finished concrete elements.

The position is long-term and is a hire-to-recruitment via Montico, where the right person will be offered direct employment with the client after a period of hiring. The position is full-time and is scheduled during daytime, Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00.

Job description

In the role of form builder, you will work indoors in our client's production hall and become an important part of the first stage in our manufacturing process, where you will build and set forms that will later be used in casting. You will start your work in the pre-production department and then move on to the form tables where casting takes place. The role is practical and varied, suitable for those who enjoy craftsmanship and working with their hands.

The work involves processing and joining both wood and steel materials. The forms are primarily built from plywood and wood-based sheet materials but also from steel, which means that both mechanical fastening and welding are involved. Some components are screwed and assembled using hand tools, while others are joined using welding methods MIG and MMA. The work requires good material knowledge, drawing understanding, and basic welding skills to ensure the correct function and quality of the forms.

As this is done based on drawings, accuracy and technical understanding are required, as well as a strong safety mindset since quality and a safe work environment are always in focus. You will work closely with your colleagues in a team where collaboration and flexibility are a natural part of everyday life to solve tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in concrete work, carpentry, or another craft profession
• Is physically resilient and enjoys practical work
• Has good technical understanding and interest in construction production
• Is self-driven but also a team player
• Masters the Swedish language in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Forklift/Crane training
• Experience in the construction/concrete industry
• Experience in welding methods MMA/MIG
