As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of multi-operation machines and lathes, managing work planning and orders, as well as performing daily inspections of machines and tools to ensure efficient production.

We are looking for someone with experience in CNC work or other relevant background in the manufacturing industry or machine operator jobs. You should have a strong interest in quality and customer focus, as well as being comfortable with computer use for documentation and reporting. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is necessary. As a person, you are meticulous and enjoy working in an environment where problem-solving and changes are part of everyday life.

It is an advantage if you have completed a CNC training program or hold a green card. Experience from other manufacturing processes is also a plus. We value individuals who dare to think outside the box and test new working methods to improve processes. An interest in technology and quality work, as well as the ability to work in a flexible shift environment, is also considered meritorious.
