We are now looking for an experienced pipe welder for work in district heating, a vital and long-term operation where welding quality, safety, and professional pride are crucial.

About the position As a pipe welder with us, you play a central role in the work with new installations, renovations, and maintenance of the district heating network.

You will work on varying projects and environments, both outdoors and indoors, and be involved in the entire process – from preparation to finished result.

The work is carried out according to clear working methods with a strong focus on safety, quality, and collaboration.

Job responsibilities In the role of pipe welder, you will work practically with welding, installation, and maintenance of piping systems within the district heating network.

The work primarily involves welding of black material using stick welding (MMA 111), as well as repairs, renovations, and replacement of pipe sections.

You will also be involved in the installation and assembly of heat exchangers and work from drawings, with self-checks and accompanying documentation.

The work is performed according to applicable safety and quality requirements and is done in close collaboration with colleagues in the various phases of the projects.

Qualifications

• Documented experience as a pipe welder

• Very good skills in stick welding (MMA) on black material

• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented

• B driver's license Good to know • Travel may occur in the position Desirable:

• Experience with gas and TIG welding

• Experience in district heating, industry, or plumbing

This assignment is a short-term assignment for 14 weeks but with a chance of extension.
