Welcome to the newly opened Ängegärde care and nursing home. We are now looking for specialist assistant nurses – apply today!

At Ängegärde, you will have the opportunity to help develop the care and nursing home of the future. Here, we use welfare technology to promote our residents' independence and participation.

Under one roof, we bring together the nursing home, home care, home healthcare, and administration in a smartly designed building with a focus on collaboration, well-being, and quality. We offer space for 90 residents and two home care groups – all in an environment where you as an employee have room to grow and make a real difference. At Ängegärde, we use modern technology to facilitate work and improve the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

As a specialist assistant nurse at Ängegärde, you will perform the important task of helping people in their daily lives.

Your working hours:
The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an educated specialist assistant nurse and have a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their lives. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Requirements:

• Are an educated specialist assistant nurse with 200 vocational college credits/60 university credits relevant to care and nursing of the elderly.
• Have a protected job title from the National Board of Health and Welfare / service certificate confirming you were employed on a permanent basis with the title specialist assistant nurse as of July 1, 2023.
• Have experience with dementia (applies to certain departments).
• Have experience working with psychiatry (applies to certain departments).
• Have good computer skills.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You ensure high-quality care.
• Have good collaboration skills and can work with a quality focus.
• Can create trusting relationships.

Merits:

• Experience with social documentation.
• Experience with MI (Motivational Interviewing) and low-affectionate approach.
• Class B driver's license.
• Experience working with young people with dementia.
