Where you will work

Konstantinopel at Skomakaregatan 11 is a residential facility with 44 apartments in central Norrköping, close to bus and tram connections. The building is divided into four departments: two SÄBO (special housing for the elderly), one dementia department, and one department for people with disabilities. You will work together with a nurse colleague, and our nurses are responsible for two departments each.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities. Your tasks include leading, educating, and mentoring nursing staff on health and medical issues and nursing care. Therefore, you need to be humble and motivated by close collaboration with nursing staff and organizing care in the best possible way.

Your role also includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other contacts, both internal and external, to ensure high-quality care.

You are part of the building's management group, which means that, together with other management group colleagues, you have influence and overall responsibility for our operations and quality work.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a full-time position with permanent employment including a probationary period, with a work schedule of 100%, starting 2026-03-16.

• Licensed nurse

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license

Merits

We prefer candidates with experience in elderly care. Extra merit if you have held a team leadership function in your previous nursing roles.

To thrive in this position, you must be engaged and care about your fellow humans, while also being skilled at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
