We are currently looking for an engaged and reliable specialized nurse assistant with a focus on psychiatry for our discharge residence for adults. As a person, we see that you are clear, structured, and relationship-building, with a secure and professional approach. You demonstrate empathy and have a positive view of people. You can build relationships and be a good role model for others, have good initiative, are independent, and find it easy to collaborate.

Experience in social work and/or within social psychiatry is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of specialized nurse assistant at Villa Marie, you are responsible for medication routines and ensuring they are followed. You provide individuals with support for a drug-free life and independence, as well as support in their daily lives. We have well-established routines that provide security for both our clients and our staff. With the client in focus, we always work towards the best possible interaction, providing practical support regarding housing, routines, and societal contacts.

The position is 100% and is primarily during the day. The schedule rotates over 6 weeks, with every 3rd weekend including overnight on-call duty. The assignment may also include conversations and visits outside the residence.
