About the Role

Do you want to work in an environment where every detail counts – from service to atmosphere? A fantastic Beach Club located along the spectacular coast of Puglia is now seeking exceptional floor staff for the summer season 2026.

This is not a typical seasonal job. Here, you will meet an international and quality-conscious audience in a sophisticated beach club where service, aesthetics, and experience are the absolute focus.

You will become part of a hand-picked team where professionalism, presence, and a sense of hospitality are crucial.

Location: Puglia, Italy

Scope: Full-time, seasonal (minimum 4 months, preferably 5)

Start: End of April / Beginning of May

Qualifications

• Experience from fine dining or the premium segment
• Strong sense of service, details, and guest experience
• Professional, representative, and confident in your role
• Ability to work efficiently under high pressure without compromising quality
• Fluent English (Italian is a merit)
• Available to work for at least 4 months

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service in an exclusive beach club environment
• Guide guests through menu and beverage choices with confidence and finesse
• Ensure every guest receives a personal and memorable experience
• Work seamlessly with the team to maintain the highest standards
• Contribute to the overall experience – from the first impression to the last detail
